Chateau Combel La Serre 'L'Elephant Blanc' VdF, 2025 (1.5L) washington state and sea sprayTo address the elephant in the room, this is, in fact, a white wine from Cahors. This fresh vintage is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard. Despite being known for their Malbec, the limestone soils of Cahors make for great conditions that can showcase that mineral character on top of the lime, grapefruit oil, and lighter floral characteristics that will make you fall in love with this wine. We'd recommend having this with a fresh spinach
