Henri Matisse: Nu, 1921 signed Edition of: 666Nu, 1921: A rare Henri Matisse Pochoir from XXe Sicle This exquisite, hand embellished lithograph with pochoir, was initially included in a suite of four that was featured in the 1929 Chroniques du Jour "XXe Sicle" series devoted to Henri Matisse. Featuring Matisse's familiar subject, the reclining Odalisque, is titled simply, "Nu" (Nude) and was executed in his unmistakable fauvist style. The vibrant, unnatural color and bold brushwork simplify the
