Hosta Stormy Seas Nassella while the lower petal andHosta 'Stormy Seas' is a Mark Zilis hybrid that forms a large 52" wide clump of thick, corrugated, blue, slightly wavy leaves. The 26" tall clump is topped with stalks of light lavender flowers in midsummer. Hosta 'Stormy Seas' is from a cross of Hosta sieboldiana 'Frances Williams' x (Hosta 'Marilyn' x longipes 'Tardiflora').
