Domaine Bruno Bienaime 'La Bulle d'Amelie' Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Crémant du Jura, 2018 Cotes du Rhone It was aged for aOn the heights of Cumires, in Champagne, Bruno Bienaim made his debut with Champagne Georges Laval, alongside Vincent Laval, who passed on his passion for wine to him. In November 2016, Bruno decided to settle in the Jura, where he felt more in tune with nature. He was quickly seduced by the terroir of Arlay and created the Domaine Bienaim. Today, he operates 3. 2 ha of vines there, where Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau and Pinot Noir rub shoulders.
