Works better than magnetism. Fits round and hexagon shafts. Set includes a 1440 Gripper for 4. 5 to 6mm shafts and a 1442 Gripper for 6mm to 8. 5mm diameter shafts. Overall length of both Grippers is 41mm. Made of elastomer.
