Even the blend is considered a heresy in a land of 100% and instead Mauro Daniele has developed a very Piedmontese wine with the elements of the unmistakable fruit of Dolcetto which are combined with the great red and black fruit of Barbera and fueling its smoky touch with some notes of rose and tobacco from
