Its exceptional exposure, location and terroir give it a unique character. Pica Broca means "peak branch" in Occitan, and refers to the selection of the finest plots on the estate: old Grenache vines harvested at full ripeness, with limited yields. Harvesting is triggered on the basis of ripeness checks, analysis of polyphenols contained in the grape skins, and daily tasting of the berries as the harvest
