Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, with a central depiction of a monoplane flying over a rural landscape, unmarked, measuring 12. 09 mm (w) x 21. 95 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
