Vintage Cast Aluminum Streamline Art Deco Car Ashtray azusa MM - 6548 - 120723c. 1930s 1940s Vintage figural metal ashtray. This piece takes the form of a stylized coupe, futuristic concept cars often used as toys, novelties, or in this case an ashtray. Some of these designs later found their way into large scale vehicle production in post World War II America. This particular vehicle shape is similar to what would later be the 1950s Pontiac Chieftain de Luxe. Exhibits minor signs of wear including some tarnish and scratches.
