A historic plot on the estate, the Climat Andrieu is the epicentre of the Hautes Glaces farm where we have been practicing organic, regenerative, and peasant farming for over 15 years. Harvested in 2012, this Vanessa variety barley was distilled in July 2013, then aged in our cellar in communion with the
