Germany, Wehrmacht. A Panzer Assault Badge, Silver Grade, “Die 3 Variant”, by Karl Wurster Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic Nearly very fine(Panzerkampfabzeichen in Silber). Constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, surrounding a central Panzer IV rolling over grassy terrain, with its left tread extending beyond the edge of the wreath, the reverse with a short raised barrel hinge, vertical round wire pinback, and rightward opening
