Otter (Pocket Edition) you want to take tricksOtters love little fish, clams, crabs, sea stars, and frogs! In Otter, players race to play all their cards first. There are three otters to play on. Each pile has a rule about numbers and a rule about suits. You must follow at least one to play on the otter, but if you follow both, you can play there again until you only follow one rule. Players keep cards they didn't play between rounds and draw back to 10, so you are incentivized to set up and hold
