This wine undergoes carbonic maceration, essentially fermenting the whole, uncrushed grape berries from the inside out. This process yields a fun, juicy, light and refreshing wine that is meant to be enjoyed chilled. Boom! Enjoy with grilled vegetables and spicy rice.
