A historically significant Luftwaffe Pilots Badge award document, constructed of off white paper stock with black ink, named to GEFREITER FRIEDRICH SIMON, a fighter pilot who would go on to become an ace after achieving 22 victories while serving with Jagdgeschwader 51 during the Second World World, issued in Berlin on 21 December 1938 and certified by the handwritten signature of Generalmajor Robert Ritter
