The pendant, modelled as a heart is set with vibrant blue enamel, featuring Amethyst, Diamond, Opal, Ruby and Emerald gemstone set forget me not flower motif. A popular motif during the Victorian period, and the he stones spell out the popular romantic sentiment "ADORE" taking the first letter of each stone to make up the secret message.
