"Quick Change" feature means signs can be changed in seconds with no hardware or tools. Base is sand or water fillable and has two preinstalled wheels for portability. Use corrugated plastic sign or other rigid material up to 3 16" thick. All plastic won't rust or splinter no maintenance.
