Torcolato Breganze DOC Format:0.75l followed by soft pressing andVespaiola is a historic vine, loved by the Venetians and praised as early as 1610 by Andrea Scotto for its quality. Its name comes from the attraction that the sweet juice of the grape exerts on wasps. After difficult periods, between phylloxera and world wars, the recovery of viticulture culminated in 1969 with the recognition of the DOC Breganze, which protects this iconic wine of the territory. This Torcolato by Firmino Miotti is produced
