A rare decoration of which few were issued, presenting a silver gilt oval medallion with clusters of three green and pink enamelled cherry blossoms forming the four points of a star, the medallion center features a silver gilt ancient Japanese Imperial Crown on a blue enamel background, with a red enamelled surround with finely enamelled stocks and a dual pearl border, centre reverse
