Heady concentrated stone fruit herbal. This aromatic orange wine uses whole bunch Muscat for floral lift and de stemmed fruit for depth, resulting in a perfectly balanced grip. It undergoes a three week maceration and regular lees stirring to create a textural, mineral driven finish. Project 108 is the "zero zero" workshop of Paul Old, who moved from Australia to the Languedoc to
