Barbera D'Alba 2021 Vigna Francia doc Giacomo Conterno lt.0.750 Regione_Provenza Casa CaterinaThe beginning of the history of the Giacomo Conterno winery conventionally dates back to 1908 when Giovanni Conterno and his family (including Giacomo, one of the three sons), who returned to Italy after emigrating to Argentina, started an inn, producing wine, in the hamlet of San Giuseppe near Monforte d'Alba: that is, at the meeting point of the town. Giacomo therefore grew up between the tavern and the cellar, until he went to fight as an
