which also resemble wings

It's crafted in niello silver

It features applied two-tone gold flowers and a hand-chased swallow and pommels around the edges

and it dates from the 18th Century

Interestingly, the sceptre remains part of the British Crown Jewels, but in a slightly altered form the alteration being the addition of the Cullinan
