Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms, the obverse bearing a central white enameled medallion overlaid by a hand painted Prussian imperial eagle, the reverse overlaid by a central pebbled medallion bearing a raised monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm II, the twelve oclock arm topped
