Hook the tool onto the tension bar, wrap the tool around the post, lever action will stretch fence. Final action will lock down tool to hold fence in position while tension bands are secured. One Bear Hold Fence Stretcher will work fine on a fence 4 feet or less, use two stretchers for fences up to 8 feet. Available in the following sizes 1 5 8", 1 7 8", 2 3 8", 2 7 8" 3 1 2"and 4"
