Demiere Es'sens - NV (750ml) Niigata Prefecture Earlier this year I hadEs'sens is a 100% Meunier, NV, but inspired by the 100% Meunier vintage (Lysandre, currently 2009), in that it is only elaborated the "vintageable" years, and therefore not every year. While we are currently testing dosage options, I am thinking that it will most likely be offered firstly as a Brut at 6 7g L. This champagne has a beautiful and typical "Demire signature" expression (seemless) of salty freshness (citrus) with deeper and bolder fruity
