Constructed of silver and multi coloured enamels, consisting of a five pointed silver star with multiple quills in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse center bearing a white enameled five pointed star and red enameled centerpiece with His Majesty Youssef inscribed in Arabic script, with green enameled laurel leaves between the arms of the enameled cross, the reverse
