A refined, Mediterranean inflected red showing lifted aromas of black cherry, blackberry compote, garrigue herbs, and a touch of savory spice. On the palate its supple yet structured, with ripe dark fruit, subtle earthiness, and polished tannins that carry through a long, mineral tinged finish. This vintage balances warmth and freshness beautifully. Pair it with grilled lamb chops with rosemary, roasted duck with figs, or a
