Cherry smoky supple earthen spice A fantastic example of Niagara's cool climate Gamay Noir, the 2020 vintage shows a wonderful balance of vibrant red fruit and a deeper, smoky character. The grapes are wild fermented using a mix of whole cluster and destemmed fruit, then aged in neutral French oak barriques for around 15 months to build complexity and nuance. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, the
