Pair it with a juicy and crispy Pork Milanese. Paolo Veglio is a first generation winemaker, and was the only child out of three in his generation who cared about the family farm. When he was young, he apprenticed himself out to local farmers in the area to learn about winemaking, and eventually began his journey. Only 4 hectares out of his 20 total are planted to vines, as
